The Québec Federation of Real Estate Boards, which oversees 12 real estate boards, commissioned Kryzalid to create the Québec version of the Quality Service Certification® Web site. Home buyers and home sellers can use the search tool to view the Customer Satisfaction Rating for each Quality Service Certified real estate broker and check their service record and customer comments.

Quality Service Certification® was created to benefit the consumer. In today's era of technology, it provides consumers with a tool that allows them to view a Real Estate Broker's satisfaction level, given by former customers who have already used the services of this broker. After closing the transaction, the brokers invite their clients (buyers and sellers) to rate them by filling in a Quality Service Assurance Survey, delivered and managed by an independent firm.
